In this section you will find general information on how to manage personal information and navigate the Account Management platform.

Go to user profile by clicking your initials in the top right corner.
How to change password
It is possible to change password to your NTI account, eg. for security reasons.
- Click user profile (initials) at the top right corner
- Click Change password on the flyout menu
- Click Edit at the top bar
- Enter the current password in the field ‘Current password’
- Enter a new password in the field ‘Enter new password’
- Confirm by entering the new password again in the field ‘Confirm new password’
- Click Save at the top bar
How to reset password
It is possible to reset your password to your NTI account if you have forgotten it.
- Go to Sign in on the Account Management page or through an NTI product
- Enter email and click Next
- Below the Sign in button click Forgot your password?
- Enter email again and click Submit
- An email with a link to reset password is sent to the email
If an email is not reveived, please check Spam or Bulk Mail folders, or recheck that the correct email has been entered - Follow the link in the email to reset password
How to change language
- Click user profile (initials) at the top right corner
- Click Profile on the flyout menu
- Click Edit at the top bar
- Click the field for language and select a language from the dropdown
- Click Save at the top bar
How to edit personal information
- Click user profile (initials) at the top right corner
- Click Profile on the flyout menu
- Click Edit at the top bar
- Edit the information in the relevant fields
- Click Save at the top bar
How to edit profile picture
- Click User profile (initials) at the top right corner
- Click Profile on the flyout menu
- Click Edit at the top bar
- Click Choose file
- Find the image to use as profile picture
- Click Save
How to see your licences
- Click User profile (initials) at the top right corner
- Click Profile on the flyout menu
- Navigate to the Licenses tab to see your licenses
Module selector
Use the module selector to navigate between the Account home and Account admin modules on account level.
Acount admin will only be visible if account administration rigths have been granted to the user on the active account
How to change module
- Click Module selector (nine small squares) in the top left corner
- Click module to navigate to
- The content will change to show the selected module
Context selector
In some cases a user can be related to several accounts at once.
The context selector shows the currently active account and is placed in the top left corner.
Use the context selector to switch beteween accounts.
All the accounts which the user has access to will appear in the context selector. After selecting an account, the information related to it can be found in the various modules.
How to change account
- Click the Context selector (Account name) in the top left corner
- A list of accounts related to the user will show
- Click on the account name to switch to account
How to search the list of accounts
- Click Context selector (Account name) in the top left corner
- A list of accounts related to the user will show
- Enter text in the field for ‘Search accounts’ (magnifier) to search for accounts
How to go to Account home
- Click Context selector (Account name)
- Click Go to Account home
- The user will be redirected to the Account home module
Managing views
This is a general section regarding sorting and filtering in list views.
These instructions can be used across the Account Management platform.
How to search in view
- Click the field for Search across columns
- Enter text. The search automatically starts
How to add column to the view
- Click Column options (columns)
- A side bar appears in the right side showing a list of the columns currently shown in the view
- Click the empty field at the bottom of the list and select the column to be added
- Click OK
How to remove column from the view
- Click Column options (columns)
- A side bar appears in the right side showing a list of the columns currently shown in the view
- Find the column to be removed
- Click Remove column from grid (cross)
- Click OK
How to group by column
- Find the column to group by
- Drag the given column header and drop it at the upper field in the list
It is possible to group by several column headings.
How to save a new view setting
- Click View settings (gear wheel)
- Click Save as on the flyout menu
- A dialog box appears. Enter name in the field for View name
- Select view type by choosing from the dropdown
- Select parent view for the new view in the field for ‘Parent view’
- Click Save
It is possible to select one of the following view types: Global or Personal
How to save view settings
- Click View settings (gear wheel)
- Click Save on the flyout menu
- A dialog box appears. Click Yes to overwrite and save the view
How to rename view setting
- Click View settings (gear wheel)
- Click Rename on the flyout menu
- A dialog box appears. Enter the new name in the field for ‘View name’
- Click Save
How to delete view setting
- Click View settings (gear wheel)
- Click Delete on the flyout menu
- A warning dialog appears. Click Yes to delete the view setting
