License overview

Get an overview of your licenses:

  • See how many seats are available on a software
  • See which users have license to a software and assign seats to users
  • Request more seats on a software if needed
  • Access downloadable content related to a software

Navigate to the License overview tab through Account admin.
The available software is listed, showing the total number of seats and seats used.

The license system is based on the concept of Seats, which means that a user is required to have been assigned a seat in order to access NTI software.


How to view list of users with seats on a software

  1. Click the software name to fold out information
    A list of users with a seat on the software is available

How to assign seats to users through a software

  1. Click the software name to unfold information
  2. Click Plus (+)
  3. A dialog opens with list of users not already assigned a seat to the specific software
  4. Select the users to assign a seat to by setting checkmarks
  5. Click Save to assign seats to the selected users

How to request seats

The account administrator can at any time request more seats on a software.

  1. Click Request seats on the relevant software
  2. Fill the details required
  3. Click Send request

    The request will be sent to NTI department of logistics.

  1. Click Download on the relevant software
  2. Select version
  3. Click each file to download seperately, or click Download all files to download all available files

    Downloadable content might not be available for all softwares.

How to alow users to download from Account home

  1. Click the software name to unfold information
  2. Check Allow users to download from Account home
  3. Users with a license to the software will now be able to download files related to the software through Account home
